Easily one of the most important bounty hunters in the entire Star Wars canon, Jango Fett’s physical prowess and considerable skill with blasters, jet packs, explosives, whipcords and flame projectors - amongst various other tools - caught the attention of the nefarious Count Dooku, who singled out Fett as the genetic template for his army of clones. This list of characters from the Star Wars franchise contains only those which are considered part of the official Star Wars canon. The list is divided between 'humans and humanoids' and 'droids'. Some of these characters have additional and alternate plotlines in the non-canonical Star Wars Legends continuity, the characters found in that body of works are compiled in the list of Star Wars.

The bounty hunters of the universe have proven to be some of the most interesting and intriguing characters, especially as we learn more about them. Though they play very minor roles in the movies, they play a major part in Star Wars history behind the scenes.Over the years, various novels, comics, and other forms of media have revealed more about the mysterious, deadly characters. Though some are definitely more popular and more interesting than others, it is difficult to debate who the deadliest bounty hunter truly is.
To weigh in on said debate, here is our list of the galaxy’s 10 most feared bounty hunters.RELATED. Dengar is a smaller bounty hunter who is seen in live action in The Empire Strikes Back (1980) and briefly in Return of the Jedi (1983).
He appears alongside Vader as one of the bounty hunters assigned to capture Han Solo and the Millenium Falcon. However, Dengar is also seen in Star Wars: The Clone Wars as a significantly younger version of himself.
His career as a bounty hunter began following his time as a gladiator which made him an incredibly trained and brutal fighter. After gaining a fair solo track record, Dengar became a member of Krayt’s Claw, a small troop of bounty hunters consisting of Bossk, Asajj Ventress, and even Boba Fett. While his slick, brutal nature helps him fit in with the other bounty hunters, Dengar is also a kind of sly, smooth-talker. His flirtatious nature adds a bit of charm to him that can be used to make him all the more deadly. 9 Zam Wessel. This Clawdite from the planet Zolan has the ability to alter her physical appearance. Her most notable appearance is in Attack of the Clones (2002) in which she tries twice (unsuccessfully) to kill Senator Padme Amidala.
![Star Wars Bounty Hunters Names Star Wars Bounty Hunters Names](https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/6a/11/a0/6a11a05a2d969cbaa0b547c616b134ab.jpg)
In her early days, Wessel found herself working closely with Jango Fett. Doing so would allow her to build quite the reputation. Furthermore, being a shapeshifter made her much harder to catch and all the more deadly.RELATED:Following her capture by Obi-Wan and Anakin, though, Wessel was assassinated by Fett so that she couldn’t give up his name. While she may have had a shorter run as a bounty hunter than others, Wessel’s shapeshifting abilities still made her incredibly skilled. Operating mostly during the Clone Wars, Aurra Sing build herself quite the reputation as a bounty hunter.
Following Jango Fett’s death, Sing actually took in and trained Boba Fett for a time. Following a failed attempt on Mace Windu’s life, she and Boba would part ways and she would once again operate as a solo bounty hunter. From here, Sing would go on to play a fairly large role as a bounty hunter in the Star Wars mythos, even teaming up with the likes of Cad Bane. Eventually, Sing would meet her demise at the hands of Tobias Beckett, who would claim that a “fall” killed her.
While some may be unfamiliar with Sing as a character, there’s no denying that she left a grand impact on the Star Wars mythos, especially in regards to Boba Fett. As one of the more popular bounty hunters in the Star Wars universe, it makes sense that would have the reputation he does. As the son of famed bounty hunter Cradossk, Bossk quickly learned the ropes of the bounty hunter’s lifestyle. By the time he was fully grown, Bossk was one of the more efficient bounty hunters out there. He would eventually try to distance himself from his father’s reputation and firmly establish his own.RELATED:Like Aurra Sing, Bossk would also come to mentor a young Boba Fett, even guarding him while the two were in prison together. From there, Bossk would go from bounty to bounty and also be one of many hired to capture Han Solo.
What separates Bossk from many other bounty hunters is that he always sticks to the bounty hunter’s code. As a surprisingly honest character, Bossk operates within the very strict guidelines that most bounty hunters often ignore. Considering Bossk is so deadly even with so many personal restraints on himself, it is no wonder that he is so feared across the galaxy. IG-88 is a Phlutdroid who happens to also operate as a bounty hunter. Unlike many droids, IG-88 is actually independent of thought, meaning that he answers to no one and only takes orders from those who are willing to pay him enough. As a result, IG-88 is one of the galaxy's most deadly killers due to the fact that he is free of conscious. With no care for right or wrong, IG-88 kills solely based on what his contracts demand.Being a quickly earned IG-88 a reputation as a bounty hunter.
While he typically works alone, he has still taken an occasional contract with a fellow bounty hunter. With a cool, unique look and a merciless reputation to match it, it is easy to see how IG-88 would be such a feared bounty hunter throughout the galaxy. Embo is a bounty hunter from the planet Phatrong who operated mostly during the Clone Wars. As part of his very distinct look, Embo carried around a very large and deadly crossbow and even had a hat that doubled as a shield.
As a freelancer, Embo would find no shortage of work, as many people were constantly seeking to employ him. For a time, Embo even operated as a bodyguard to the Hutts.RELATED:If that isn’t enough to prove his skills, Embo is also recognized for successfully managing to capture Jedi Knight, Anakin Skywalker. Considering that capturing a Jedi Knight is no easy feat, it is no wonder that Embo’s reputation was well earned. Wookies are very tough creatures to begin with, and Black Krrsantan happens to be a very tough Wookie. As a gladiator, Krrsantan once let himself into the ring and beat his opponent to death.
He also worked in the employ of Jabba the Hutt directly which led him to an encounter with Obi-Wan Kenobi. Krrsantan would prove to be strong enough to survive this encounter and then find himself in the employ of Darth Vader himself. After successfully completing his mission for Vader, Krrsantan found himself working alongside Doctor Aphra, a famed archeologist and fan-favorite character. During this time, Krrsantan would really get to show off just how brutal he could really be. With a dark look and sinister reputation, Black Krrsantan solidifies his spot as one of the galaxy’s most feared bounty hunters.
Likely the most popular bounty hunter in the history of Star Wars, Boba Fett is the most known and recognized bounty hunter in Star Wars to date. As the son of Jango Fett himself, Boba had some very big shoes to fill growing up. Likewise, he successfully managed to fill them, not only stepping out of his father’s shadow but even going above and beyond in his own ways.RELATED:Like his father, Boba had successfully survived several encounters with Jedi Knights, even holding his own against Luke Skywalker from time to time. Boba also succeeded in capturing Han Solo and hand delivering him to Jabba the Hutt. However, while Boba certainly did a lot to establish his own reputation, a lot of it still comes from being the son of the famed Jango Fett. Yet, that doesn’t downplay any of Boba’s accomplishments, easily earning Boba his place in Star Wars history. As mentioned previously, a lot of Boba Fett’s reputation comes from the one established by his father, Jango Fett.
Hence, Jango has to have accomplished a great deal in order to establish himself as one of the most feared bounty hunters in the galaxy. Armed in Mandalorian armor, Fett isn’t even recognized by other Mandalorians, with many claiming that Fett happened upon their armor by chance. Fett also started training his son, Boba at an incredibly early age and even held his own against several Jedi.RELATED:Fett also orchestrated the plot to kill Padme with Zam Wessel and is even the original individual chosen to derive clone soldiers from. To put it in perspective, Jango’s physique and talent were so great that he was deemed the ultimate soldier, resulting in thousands of clones being made in his image. While Boba may have lived to go beyond his father’s legacy, there’s no denying the impact and influence that Jango provided leading up to the Clone Wars. Though he is only depicted in the Clone Wars TV series, Cad Bane remains the deadliest assassin yet in Star Wars history. Bane was incredibly smart, skilled, and prepared in almost any task that was given to him.
Furthermore, Bane has been seen to hold his own against the likes of Jango Fett, putting him at least at an equal level of talent. However, Bane’s abilities don’t just rival those of Jango Fett’s. In several cases, he has been seen to go up against Jedi Knights, even emerging victorious at times.
Bane has been seen to not only have a talent for going against Jedi but has even implied that he prefers it. Likewise, anyone crazy enough to prefer fighting Jedi has to be crazy enough to be the most feared bounty hunter in the Galaxy.NEXT.
— Admiral PiettUtilized by legitimate governments, private citizens, and criminals, bounty hunters are skilled trackers who hunt down targets to bring in alive or dead. Most bounty hunters also act as mercenaries, taking on other jobs like providing protection, taking down rival organizations, or stealing valuable items. Bounty hunters tend to work alone, but sometimes form groups of several hunters for larger jobs.
The Bounty Hunters' Guild is responsible for regulating the legitimate bounties that its members pursue. Appearances: An interstellar lawman from the Milvayne Authority. He has gone rogue in pursuit of a pair of criminals calling themselves Roofoo and Sawkee responsible for kidnapping, slavery, and surgical alteration.
After escaping the destruction of Jedha City, he signed on as a mercenary with Son-tuul Pride to fund his hunt, entering a romantic relationship with Caysin Bog, another of Roofoo's victims, in the process.: A man wearing his armor can be seen escorting Jyn into the Partisan base. Either this is a or Tam was undercover for whatever reason.: He's involved with Caysin Bog.: He and Bog end up fighting side by side several times while working for Son-tuul Pride.: Bog ends up dying during the Hivebase-1 infiltration thanks to a Dr. Aphra programmed into his implants forcing him to walk into a wall of droid blasterfire. Appearances: A bounty hunter who aids the Rebels' plan to rescue Wedge Antilles and investigate Imperial activity on Akiva in order to claim the bounties on several high ranking Imperials.: Naturally, as a female bounty hunter.: Sinjir describes Jas as having moonlight-blue skin. Unless it had to do with the light (they were on Endor when Sinjir described her, so this might be possible if it were night-time), this would make Jas the first Zabrak with a hue of blue skin.: Her original job before becoming part of the New Republic's war criminal hunting task force. After the Battle of Jakku, Jas returns to bounty hunting as the head of a band consisting of herself, Dengar, Embo, and a female Rodian named Jeeta.: With Norra, Temmin, Sinjir and Jom.: She is the niece of Sugi from The Clone Wars, who is also a Zabrak bounty hunter with a strong moral code. Jas is painfully aware of this fact, and laments that she ended up acting exactly like her aunt by taking jobs for morality over credits after swearing not to.: Used to take jobs for the Empire and criminal organizations, and was in fact on Endor preparing to kill Leia Organa and claim the bounty on her before the second Death Star exploded.
After that, she decided the Rebels were going to win the war and started working for them exclusively, going after high ranking Imperial war criminals.: Being a Zabrak.: Offers to have sex with Sinjir, who turns her down by revealing that he is gay.: Her relationship with Jom Barell begins with them getting into a fistfight before ending up having sex in her quarters. Appearances: Age of Rebellion A droid bounty hunter also known as a Phlutdroid built by Holowan Laboratories, an Imperial research group. After turning on its creators, IG-88 became one of the galaxy's most feared bounty hunters.: Zigzagged. His appearances in Forces of Destiny show him getting outsmarted or humiliated by the protagonists, but in 'Triplecross', he shows that he doesn't have the same behavior of the IG-88 network in Legends, as he outright states that after they are both apprehended by Qi'ra.: Downplayed. His Legends counterpart (more specifically, IG-88A) had an ambitious plan to, and was willing to exterminate millions to achieve dominance. While just as psychopathic, IG-88 in canon doesn't seem to be anywhere near as ambitious, there's no sign of, and his psychopathy seems to be limited to.: Holowan originally planned to make him to be at the beck and call of others, but IG-88's programming was incomplete when he was activated.
This resulted in an independent droid bounty hunter that enjoys killing a little too much.: In Legends, IG-88 was a collective of five assassin droids working together for a common purpose. In canon, there seems to be only one IG-88 (it has been confirmed that there are four other Phlutdroids, with IG-11 appearing in ), taking both IG-88A's personality and originator role and IG-88B's role in The Empire Strikes Back.: His reputation is extensive enough that IG-88 is one of the bounty hunters personally summoned by Darth Vader to find the Millennium Falcon.: He was disabled by Boba Fett after he was caught trailing him to Cloud City for Han Solo's bounty and left for dead in the Ugnaughts' incinerator room. However, unlike in Legends (as IG-88B), this wasn't permanent, as he was seen active again post-Endor.: One of the deadliest in the galaxy. Unsurprising, since IG-88 is descended from the Separatist MagnaGuards.: Not by him, but rather his makers. After the formation of the Galactic Empire, the production of battle droids was outlawed.
Holowan Laboratories (already known for building MagnaGuards for the Separatist Alliance) worked around this ban by simply reclassifying their products as security droids. By all accounts, IG-88 is an illegal model.: According to the Force Collection digital trading card game, IG-88 once ran a software infiltration on the second Death Star, similar to how IG-88A uploaded his mind to it (and took control of its superlaser) in Legends.
Unlike his Legends counterpart, IG-88 didn't get as far, as his infiltration attempt was thwarted by Imperial astromech droid R2-Q5 (which also turned out to be, considering ).: He used to be an assassin droid before going rogue and becoming a bounty hunter.: Considered to be this to Boba Fett.: Ever since he was first activated, he had a desire to kill. So much that just the act of killing his targets is more of a reward to him than the payment he receives, even if the target was worth more alive. During a mission where he was hired to apprehend an Imperial shuttle thief, IG-88 got irritated by the thief's evasiveness and decided that the thief wasn't worth taking in alive, even if it meant blowing up the stolen shuttle and reducing his reward.: In Legends, the entire IG-88 network was killed off by the end of the Battle of Endor (although the remains of IG-88A were found and reprogrammed).
As a single character in Canon, he not only survived the encounter with Boba Fett on Bespin, but survived past Endor and into the First Order-Resistance conflict.: Has a considerable arsenal built into its exoskeleton.: IG-88 went rogue almost soon as he was activated.: It isn't explained how he survived his encounter with Boba Fett on Bespin. Appearances: A Gand Findsman, Zuckuss was one of the first members of his organization to leave his homeworld. He was one of the bounty hunters who answered Darth Vader's call to find the Millennium Falcon.: He pilots the Mist Hunter, a ship filled with ammonia to make himself feel at home, which also from Legends.: Wears a long robe and a respirator, which he needs because Gand breathe ammonia rather than oxygen.: Zuckuss is a Gand, a species with compound eyes and hard exoskeletons.: 4-LOM is his.: As a Findsman (who are Force-sensitive to a degree), Zuckuss used his uncanny tracking abilities for bounty hunting.: Like all Gand, he only refers to himself with third-person pronouns. Appearances: A droid bounty hunter who often partners with Zuckuss.: Was originally a protocol droid, but logic glitches allowed him to override his programming and become a thief and bounty hunter. This is a problem with the LOM-series of protocol droids in general, and a number of them became enforcers in the Outer Rim. — BosskA Wookiee bounty hunter frequently employed by Jabba the Hutt. Shortly after the Battle of Yavin, Darth Vader hires Black Krrsantan to hunt down and capture a mysterious agent of the Emperor.
While working with Vader, Dr. Aphra comes to owe Krrsantan a large amount of credits, which he intends to collect by accompanying her after she fakes her death to escape from Vader.: Takes a lock of hair from other Wookiees he kills in pit fights.: The mere sight of the Xonti brothers is enough to send him into a rage.: He enjoys fighting in pit fights against captive Wookiees.
'You're right. I am the worst of the worst.' Once a promising Imperial TIE pilot, Valance was horrifically injured during a training mission to subjugate the Outer Rim world of Qhulosk. Discharged from the service after it was deemed too expensive to replace his lost eye and limb, Valance replaced them himself and turned to bounty hunting, disillusioned with the Empire he once worshiped.: Was one of the Imperial Academy's best students.
And as captain of the Broken Wing he can still give TIE fighters a run for their money.: A scoundrel who. But he's than the Empire.: His blaster rifle has a bayonet attached to it.: Downplayed, but by the time the Hidden Hand approach him with their offer to go after Vader, Valance is being hunted by the Guild for breaking their code, and he's implied to still be in debt from having to pay for his cybernetics out of his own pocket. So their offer of sanctuary, and reminder that he's running out of places to hide, is what seals the deal for him.: As a child, he idolized the Empire because they liberated his family from slavery. His faith takes a hit after Qhulosk, but the final straw was when the Empire abandoned his homeworld, leaving it to the mercy of raiders that killed his family. Han Solo: Which part of them telling us didn't get through to you? The Empire thinks we're expendable, Valance.: He originated in the original Star Wars as recurring bounty hunter antagonist who held a grudge against the Empire and droids. Valance was brought back into canon with the Imperial Cadet series.: The Broken Wing, a light freighter that looks like a hybrid of the Millennium Falcon and the.: A lot of his plans fall into this category.
He lured a hit squad of rival bounty hunters into the same, confident that he could catch them all in an ambush. After The Hidden Hand hires him to go after Darth Vader, Valance takes his team to an old contact he suspects is working with the Hidden Hand, but secretly uses an Imperial signal to lure the Devastator to their location. The Devastator attacks just as the contact betrays them (as Valance expected her to), giving the Broken Wing crew a chance to escape.
With Vader and Valance now having the same intel on the Hidden Hand, the Broken Wing is able to track Vader's movements. Gwi: You've been stealing bounties, Valance. You must have heavy debt if you're willing to break the Bounty Hunter's Code like that. Tonight won't be the last time your own kind turn on you.: Agrees with the rest of his training squad to let Nico desert and claim she was killed in action after learning that her homeworld was next on the Empire's list to conquer.: Valance has one built into his cybernetic hand, which can fire a relatively powerful short-ranged electrical attack.
It's got a fairly lengthy, so he uses it sparingly.: Solo during his time in the Imperial Academy, Dengar during his mercenary career.: After his injuries, the left side of his face is covered with cybernetics. Appearances: A bounty hunter operating on Tatooine who is friends with several locals who frequent Chalmun's Cantina.: He's still a bounty hunter, but Puhr is nowhere near the same type of scum as his Legends counterpart. In Legends, he was on Jabba the Hutt's payroll and was even willing kidnap children for him. Appearances:One of the bounty hunters hired by Aphra to steal a shipment of Imperial money.: He's never depicted out of his armor, so it's unclear if he's an alien species or a very short human.: He is the reason why Vader demands to his bounty hunters that there'll be 'no disintegration' in The Empire Strikes Back. And Vader demonstrates the penalty for breaking that rule.: He wears a helmet that very vaguely resembles Mandalorian helmets.: He's very short and also a murderous thief and bounty hunter.: As mentioned above, he's never seen without his helmet.: He is choked to death by Darth Vader after bringing him a disintegrated body and claiming it was Aphra.: Starts to panic when he realizes the anonymous client who he was attempting to swindle with fake remains of Aphra was none other than Darth Vader. Appearances:A bounty hunter of some renown in the Inner Rim.
Hepho specializes in tracking down members of the Church of the Force.: He's a Britarro, a humanoid species with bluish skin, bald heads and small nostrils.: He helps enforce this, having hunted the depths of Coruscant to root out the Church of the Force from the Imperial capital.: Britarros look mostly like humans except for their bluish skin, bald heads and tiny nostrils.: He was on Jedha shortly before Jedha City and the surrounding area were destroyed by the Death Star. Appearances:A young bounty hunter and librarian. She was hired by Alinka Aloo to take care of her tookas, only to find herself on a dangerous quest with Chewbacca and 'K-2SB' to retrieve a book from Ushruu for the Aloo family.: She's an Oktarian human, a race of humans.
She also appears to have a forehead decoration, like a bindi.: The only human character in The Mighty Chewbacca, and she also loves books, is smart, is an, is, and young (but not too young) without parental supervision.: Well, Alinka gets her to submit to her by threatening to destroy a book that is sacred to her people, which is especially taken seriously by Mayv, a book-lover.Employed by the Son-tuul Pride. Appearances:A mysterious mercenary with skill in swordsmanship. Hes apparently a prince, in fact, 26th in line to the late royal family of Alderaan and the last surviving member of House Glorio. He is hired by Dr. Aphra and the Son-tuul Pride for a mission.: He volunteers to delay the stormtroopers attacking the crew's transport. However, he didn't expect Aphra to leave him behind.: According to Aphra's, which leads her to distrust him.: Takes down several stormtroopers with this.: Pretty much the only thing we get of him before he gets screwed over.: His main color is purple.: Hes known as the Violet Ghost.: He is the first in Aphra's new crew to die ( ) to display.: He was away from Alderaan when it got blown up because he was on a 100% legitimate diplomatic visit to the pleasuredomes to Thyron III..: Aphra describes him as having incorruptible morals.
Naturally, that kind of thing can't last in an action-comedy series about criminal scum.: Hes last seen Aphra left him behind and he's cornered by stormtroopers.: Its implied he doesn't make it to the end of the issue he debuts in. Appearances:A mercenary obsessed with hiding in the shadows.: Always sneaking off in the midst of battles sets up her own death, as it means Tolvan can kill her and impersonate her while no one is looking.: Everyone assumes that she's this.: After Tolvan kills her, Tolvan uses Omera's skin as a disguise.: Lampshaded. She's supposedly a sneaky bastard who does things behind the scenes, but everyone complains that she doesn't actually do anything, so she probably only sneaks off to loot for herself and hide out for the rest of the battle.: Defels can bend light around themselves, effectively becoming invisible.: Has a very sensitive sense of smell.: She's only alive for two issues and then it turns out Tolvan killed her partway through her second appearance.: She's a Defel, which are wolf-like humanoids.Saponza's Gang.
Appearances:A male human mercenary from Tatooine who established a base of operations in his homestead with his gang.: His character portrait shows him carrying one over his right shoulder to left waist.: According to, Saponza, his partner, and their gang canonically chose to join the Rebel Alliance.: His base of operations is located in the desert of Tatooine.: He did not believe Jabba would bother to seek revenge after he and his gang killed several of Jabba's outlaws.: Downplayed. At the beginning of the game, Darth Vader hires him and his gang to deal with some Tusken Raiders on Tatooine.
Later, Princess Leia hires his gang to retake medical supplies from a cartel den. After these missions, he and his gang are forced to pick a side and stick to it.: Of his mercenary gang.: Jabba's assault on his base forces him and his gang to pick a side.
Appearances:An old friend of Saponza, a fellow mercenary based on Tatooine. They and Saponza established a base of operations with their gang at the latter's homestead until they ended up killing several of Jabba the Hutt's outlaws, forcing the gang to choose between joining the Empire or the Rebel Alliance.: When you join the Rebel Alliance, you get your own base on Tatooine.
After you destroy the nearby Fort Sunfire, Captain Kosh sends the 68 th Legion to attack your base. Half of the legion is killed in their failed attempt to kill you.: Canonically, you and the gang chose to join the Rebel Alliance.: There's no indication on your character's canon gender, but it is irrelevant to the plot and gameplay anyway.: It is almost whatever name you want it to be.: For Commander.Employed by Black Sun. 'Tell me you don't miss it.' A bounty hunter who was once a cadet at the Imperial Academy on Mandalore.
She escaped along with fellow cadet Sabine Wren, who was then her for a time before Ketsu betrayed her and left her for dead. She encountered Sabine again years later while working for Black Sun.: Initially, it went unrevealed as to whether or not Ketsu was actually Mandalorian or she just came from outside of Mandalorian Space to attend the Imperial Academy there (though it raises the question as to why she didn't just attend the Imperial Academy in her own sector), but the Visual Encyclopedia revealed that yes, she is Mandalorian. Scum and Villainy finally names her homeworld as Shukut.: She can be merciless, but she'll be willing to go against her orders for good friends and people with loved ones.: After sparing Jarret, she gets captured and the rebels go off to save her.: Not quite, but other then a square patch on top of her head her head is shaven. It's in a similar style to the one sported by many Mandalorian males.:. Makes a surprise return in, where she's helping the Ghost crew and Phoenix Squadron get to the Yaust system to establish their base.
It is implied that she found that piece of intel for them, but unfortunately, her source probably wasn't as trustworthy as she thought. After being absent from the show since 'The Forgotten Droid', she comes, having become a rebel in between episodes as we see in.: Her homeworld is Shukut, a gas giant at the end of the Mandalorian system.: Turns around and rescues Sabine, and allows her to deliver the courier to the Rebel Alliance, presumably to make up for betraying her in the backstory.: To Sabine. She also shows a bit of this to Ezra towards the end of.: A helmet based on early concept art of.: The Shadow Caster, which is a similar model to Ventress's Banshee.: Works as a bounty hunter for the Black Sun syndicate.: She receives a comic revolving around one of her hunts, 'Too Late to Change', and later appears in a couple more issues as well.: To Sabine.: Sabine paints a yellow starbird over her Black Sun insignia on her armor when she joins the Rebellion.: To some extent. After Sabine tells Ketsu she forgives her for abandoning her years ago, Ketsu starts to warm up again. When Ketsu is given a chance to cut and run without Sabine again, she instead returns for her. She also interacts amicably with Ezra, Chopper, and Hera afterwards but politely turns down their offers to join the Rebellion, unsure if she wants to leave her position in Black Sun yet, but is happy to help out whenever she can such as finding information on a secure base that they could use. Later on, her Forces of Destiny short with Sabine is about whether or not she feels she's ready to join the Alliance now.
And she does, but as a solo operative.: While her pay comes above all else, Ketsu does care for Sabine and is willing to make an exception for her.: Her main weapon is a pike with a blaster on the tip.: Abandoning Sabine to fend for herself led to Sabine having more trust and abandonment issues that she likely was aware of.: To Sabine, being a former cadet of the Mandalorian Imperial Academy with explosives expertise. While Sabine joined the rebels, Ketsu joined the Black Sun. Ketsu is even wearing Sabine's Season 1 colors.: Has a large tattoo of the Black Sun symbol on the back of her head.: Hers are a very distinct violet.: With Sabine in her debut episode, as while both are after a courier droid with important intel, neither wants it to fall into the Empire's hands. It gets better soon enough, though.: Uses darker colors in contrast to Sabine's multiple colors including, though if anything, they're both tomboys.: 'Ketsu' means 'ass' in Japanese, which makes it either this. It's likely that the intent was it was supposed to mean, which in Japanese is 'ketsueki'.: She and Sabine did not part on amicable terms. They make up at the end of her debut episode.
Appearances: note ImpersonatedA dangerous bounty hunter once employed by the Black Sun, who was killed by the syndicate after he attempted to blackmail them. Before his death, he had a run-in with Leia Organa and Chewbacca on Ord Mantell. After a firefight that rendered Boushh unconscious, Leia stole his armor to use as a disguise for infiltrating Jabba the Hutt's palace.: He was killed by the Black Sun, the same crime syndicate he was working for, for trying to blackmail them.: He wore a helmet with two visors, and the design was decently common among the Ubese.: He lets out a sinister chuckle when he's about to blow himself and Leia up with a thermal detonator.: At least from his helmet's filter.
The voice sounds raspy when speaking in Ubese, but much deeper in Basic.: As all we have seen of Boushh was an impersonation, the real Boushh has yet to be seen without his helmet in canon. Legends has shown what he (and Ubese in general) looks like underneath.: Thermal detonators are in his loadout, and he tried to blow himself and Leia up when he was backed in a corner. Leia played up this aspect of his character when impersonating him.: Leia got his armor from him after incapacitating him.: Given that the petite-bodied Leia was impersonating him, Boushh - a male humanoid - was just as small. He also had the audacity to try to blackmail Black Sun and carried explosives.: Boushh was killed before his debut appearance,.: He carried what seemed to be a polearm-type weapon. Forces of Destiny shows it has taser-like functionality when Maz uses it to incapacitate Boushh before he could set off his thermal detonator, likely meaning that he used it to capture bounties alive.: In Legends, Boushh was long dead when Leia got hold of his armor, with it being supplied by the same former Black Sun bodyguard who killed him. In the Forces of Destiny short 'Bounty Hunted', Leia encounters him in the flesh and merely incapacitates him before taking his armor.: After R2-D2, he tries to blow himself and Leia up with a thermal detonator, but Maz Kanata zaps him unconscious before he can kill anyone.
Leia got the idea to from him.: In 'Bounty Hunted', his Ubese dialect is un-subtitled.The Partisans. — Agent Kallus,A Lasat mercenary who was hired by rebel leader Saw Gerrera of the Partisans. He was a colleague of one of Saw's allies, Reece Tallent.: He may be the Fool described in the Prophecy of Three, as his actions Kallus to attempt to kill Zeb — and both characters have already been stated by Chava to be the Warrior and the Child respectively.: In Rebel Rising, he's mentioned to be one of Reece's men.: Why did he spare Kallus? Was it out of?
Did he want Kallus to do something later?.: He's apparently this from what Jyn knows about him according to Rebel Rising.: We don't know anything about him, but he was key to Kallus finding a motivation as an ISB agent, all because he let him live for whatever reason.: If he hadn't attacked and offed Kallus' unit minus, then Kallus might've chosen another career option, his, and other rebel cells including the Ghost crew and Phoenix Squadron would have one less threat on their hands. Though then again.: The fact that he exists reveals that Kallus has a to be an Imperial, but also leads to him having a.: He isn't seen with Saw and/or the other Partisans in Guardians of the Whills and Rogue One, so either he was there and we just didn't see him, he was with another group of Partisans, or he left/died in between the years Kallus first saw him and the time of Guardians of the Whills/Rogue One. He was at least around when the Partisans still made efforts to liberate Onderon some years ago when Jyn was still with them, according to Rebel Rising. Reece also then complains later on in the book (in other words, about five years before Rebels) about how his men have ditched him so they could join Saw.First active under the New Republic.
